Standard DTA
A sending institution creates a payload and its corresponding transmittal, then via Connect:Direct, it loads that payload on one of their DTAs. Shortly after, Connect:Direct or IBM MQ Series load the corresponding transmittal on the same DTA.
A high level session starts and the payload is sent peer-to-peer via the network. Transmittals are sent from place to place
and to the Super DTA where information is stored to feed the integrated settlement system and online reporting system
(SVPCOView).

Once a payload has been successfully received at the receiver’s DTA, the receiver “pulls” the payload from its DTA to its host, then validates the payload.
